Meet Chris
There was always room for one more.
Chris had a giving heart, a sense of adventure, and an instinct for making people feel included.
Chris noticed people. He carried a second backpack to school filled with snacks to share, and when he saw a child standing alone, he was the kind of person who would sit beside them, bring them something to eat, and start a conversation.
He loved baseball, airplanes, travel, swimming, Halloween, snacks and making friends wherever he went. After learning to read, he spent school lunches reading to younger children. He dreamed of becoming a pilot and imagined flying somewhere new just to have lunch.
